ROCKWOOL Racing has signed young foiling champion Pearl Lattanzi to a long-term deal, adding one of the most exciting emerging talents in high-performance sailing to its SailGP roster.
Lattanzi joins the Danish team as a strategist. She was named a finalist for the Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year award earlier this year, having established herself as a standout figure in the WASZP class and the wider foiling pathway over recent seasons.
The American sailor hails from Hawaii and is supported by the America One Racing programme and Kaneohe Yacht Club, with extensive training in Pensacola. She recently claimed back-to-back WASZP Games titles and is currently ranked first in the WASZP 7.5m global rankings.
Lattanzi has already been integrating with the Danish team in a development and learning capacity, alongside fellow WASZP Games champion Magnus Overbeck. She will formally join the team's roster at this weekend's Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in Portsmouth, with racing on 25-26 July.

Her long-term deal will provide valuable exposure to the F50 environment while supporting the team's performance on and off the water.
