Combining increased horsepower with expanded installation flexibility and a tightly integrated onboard experience, it arrives alongside Volvo Penta's next-generation Autopilot and electronic steering to set a new benchmark for precision and control on the water.
The D6-480 DPI extends Volvo Penta's world-leading Aquamatic DPI sterndrive range and can be configured for single, twin, triple, or quadruple installations, making it a genuinely scalable solution. That flexibility opens the package to a broad spectrum of applications, from high-performance leisure craft through to commercial vessels, and it suits repower projects just as well as new builds.

The D6-480 DPI pairs rapid acceleration with high marine torque and responsive handling while still contributing to fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
