Triple-engine Nord Star 49+ headlines Southampton show debut

1 min read

A Nord Star 49+ has just completed the journey from Wales to Mayflower Park, where it will make its Southampton Boat Show debut fitted with a triple-engine configuration.

MCC Marine's team collected the boat this week ahead of the Southampton International Boat Show, running 18-27 September 2026. It is the flagship of the Nord Star range, and the triple-engine set-up gives visitors the chance to take a closer look at what the model can offer.

As the largest boat in the Nord Star range, the 49+ combines the robust construction and all-weather capability the brand is known for with considerably more room to move.

Three cabins. A two-level saloon. Wide walkaround decks and a flybridge.

She's designed with longer adventures, family cruising and onboard entertaining in mind, but the hand-laminated hull and offshore capability beneath the comfort mean this remains a Nord Star built to perform in demanding conditions. The secure walkaround layout is part of that promise.

MCC Marine won't be showing the 49+ alone. The Nord Star 28+ and Nord Star 33+ will sit alongside it on the stand, giving show visitors the chance to explore three different models from the range in one place.

Whether visitors are after a versatile all-weather weekender or a larger cruiser capable of taking the whole family further afield, MCC Marine's team will be on hand throughout the show to talk through the different models, specifications and options.

MCC Marine will be on stands M329 to 333 at Mayflower Park for the show.
