PSA Prime Marine will launch a new concierge service for boat owners at Southampton International Boat Show this year, broadening its reach beyond the maintenance and engineering work that built the Solent firm's reputation.
The new offering, called Prime Concierge, debuts on Stand H162 in the New Wave Hall when the show runs from 18-27 September 2026. It covers provisioning, laundry, catering, flowers, skipper and crew provision, refuelling and other lifestyle services for owners and their guests, aimed at both recreational boaters and the superyacht sector.
PSA has built its name on the practical side of ownership. The business has more than 40 years of combined marine experience and over 400,000 nautical miles logged, providing maintenance, management, refit and engineering support to boat owners across the UK and Europe. Prime Concierge sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.
The company is also expanding its trade-facing operations. PSA already supports exhibitors and manufacturers across the UK and Europe with boat and yacht deliveries, preparation and commissioning, cleaning and valeting, repairs, engineering, crew and on-water support, and post-show collections. It is now pushing further into that business-to-business space to serve boat manufacturers, resellers, yacht brokers and yacht agencies.
Sustainability runs through PSA's approach, with the company prioritising environmentally responsible products and solutions wherever practical. That thinking shapes its stand collaboration with finishing products specialist Farécla, whose professional marine finishing products will be showcased alongside PSA's own services at Stand H162.
Visitors to the stand can also enter the PSA Free Prize Draw, supported by Farécla, for the chance to win a professional polishing machine with accessories, a selection of Farécla polishing compounds and protective waxes, and other prizes including an Amazon gift voucher.
Pete Stirling, Founder and Managing Director of PSA Prime Marine, said: "SIBS is always an important event for us, but this year is particularly exciting as we continue to develop PSA Prime Marine beyond traditional yacht maintenance and management. Prime Concierge is a natural extension of the support we already provide, while our growing work with manufacturers, brokers and other marine businesses reflects the breadth of experience within the team.
"Our collaboration with Farécla is also a great fit for PSA. We share a focus on professional standards, quality and achieving the best possible results for owners, while being conscious of the environmental impact of the products and processes we use. We're looking forward to showcasing that partnership at Southampton International Boat Show."
Farécla's Brand Manager, Thomas French, said: "We're delighted to be working with PSA Prime Marine at Southampton International Boat Show. There is a strong alignment between our businesses, particularly around professional standards, product performance and a responsible approach to vessel care. SIBS provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how the right products, equipment and application techniques can deliver outstanding marine finishing results."
