Monaco-based yacht brokerage MYSEA has formed a partnership with UK historic racing organiser Motor Racing Legends (MRL) to connect their respective communities of enthusiasts. MYSEA, headquartered in Monaco with offices in London and Croatia, offers yacht sales and charter across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, the Northern Countries and Indonesia.
The collaboration, initiated by Tim Clark, Director of MYSEA London, will give MRL's drivers, collectors and members direct access to yacht charter and bespoke Mediterranean experiences timed around the racing calendar.
Clark, who has attended Masters Historic racing events for more than 15 years, will be present at most MRL races in 2027, including the season finale Grand Prix at Silverstone on October 17th and 18th. A 'try a charter' long weekend on the 115-foot Sunseeker FLEUR is planned for Spring 2027 as an exclusive offer for MRL members.
"There is a clear connection between the worlds of historic motor racing and luxury yachting," Clark said. "Both attract people who appreciate performance, heritage, craftsmanship and exclusivity."
MRL runs a 12-race series spanning ten decades of motorsport history, from pre-war machinery through 1950s and 1960s sports and GT cars, historic Touring Cars and Formula One to modern GT and endurance cars. The organisation has developed a strong social dimension around its events, including the MRL Drivers' Club with its paddock dinners and live music.
Pierre-Antoine Lecoutour, CEO of Motor Racing Legends, said the partnership reflected a natural overlap between the two worlds: "They attract people who appreciate craftsmanship, heritage, performance and, perhaps most importantly, sharing those experiences with family and friends."
