Innovision Boats is searching for an experienced and motivated Fabrication Manager to join its expanding Auckland-based team. The company has earned a strong reputation for award-winning aluminium designs, with models such as the IV616 Venture hybrid among its celebrated range. With rapid growth under way, particularly across Australia, Innovision requires a capable, hands-on leader to help take its operations to the next level.
This is a senior position suited to someone with a solid background in fabrication and welding, proven leadership capability, and the ambition to progress into a broader Operations Manager role. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team, guiding output and helping refine the systems and processes that support Innovision's reputation for quality and innovation.
