Quick Group extends Quick Gyro stabiliser warranty to four years

1 min read

Quick Group has launched an extended warranty scheme for its Quick Gyro stabiliser range, a move the company says underscores its confidence in a gyro stabilisation system already widely adopted across the marine industry.

The announcement came during boot Düsseldorf 2026, with the programme giving customers the ability to extend the standard two-year Quick Gyro warranty to a full four years. Registration is handled online through a dedicated portal, and the extension remains in force provided periodic maintenance is carried out by an authorised service centre or a certified technician.

Behind the warranty expansion lies a broader story of ongoing product development. The Quick Gyro range has seen continuous refinement across its mechanical architecture, electronics, and dynamic control systems, with measurable gains in stabilisation performance, reduced power draw, improved electrical efficiency, and faster spool-up times.

"The extended warranty programme for the Quick Gyro stabiliser range reflects our commitment to product quality, reliability, and long-term customer support," said Andreas Karlsen, Chief Commercial Officer at Quick Group. "It is a clear reflection of the confidence we have in our gyro technology."

Quick Gyro sits within Quick Group's broader SeaCentric ecosystem, a platform built around integrating multiple onboard systems into a single, coordinated whole. That ecosystem brings together Intercepta trim systems, Viator fins, Xenta propulsion, steering and manoeuvring controls, and Quick Nautical Equipment thrusters, giving owners unified vessel control across a wide range of yachts and superyachts.

Karlsen framed the warranty initiative as consistent with the company's broader approach to product development and customer relationships. "The new extended warranty reinforces our philosophy of continuous development," he said. "It protects owners' investments over time while strengthening the long-term relationship between Quick Group and our customers."
