The early entry deadline for the 470 Masters Cup and Champion's celebrations is just a day away, with organisers urging sailors to register before fees rise.
The event runs 14 to 19 September in Portoroz, Slovenia, with full details and entry at 2026masters.470.org. A warm-up regatta the weekend prior will bring several other classes to the venue — the Notice of Race is posted at klub-pirat.si.
The one not to sleep on is the 470 Class Alumni Dinner on 17 September. SC Pirat president Mitja Margon is direct about it: "Do not forget the importance to join the Alumni Dinner (17 September), organised by the 470 Class. Don't miss the opportunity to gather with old friends and refresh the memories, and please share the information with the 470 sailors you know."
