Three Dickey Boats models will be on show at the 2026 Auckland Boat Show, marking the first time since 2023 that visitors can step aboard three Dickey vessels gathered in one place. The lineup brings together the Pacific 62, the Semifly 45, and the Semifly 36, each a distinct expression of the builder's design philosophy and longstanding reputation for quality construction.
The Pacific 62 sits at the far end of the range, built around the demands of long-range sport-fishing and bluewater exploration. At 18.75 metres overall and carrying 4,400 litres of fuel, it is engineered for self-sufficiency and extended passages. The hull is fabricated from 5083 marine-grade aluminium using Dickey's proprietary interlocking space-frame system, a method that delivers structural integrity without unnecessary weight. The layout satisfies both the serious offshore angler and those seeking genuine cruising comfort, whether for extended Pacific expeditions or coastal family time.
The Semifly 45 sits at the top of the Semifly range, pairing high-performance credentials with a level of refinement that establishes it as the series flagship. Twin Volvo Penta D6-IPS600 engines deliver a 500-nautical-mile cruising range at 28 knots, with strong offshore capability to match. Dickey's custom-build approach is evident throughout, with a spacious cockpit, a generous owner's stateroom, and a saloon layout that feels considered rather than compromised. CZone digital switching, aluminium construction, and meticulous finishing combine to produce a boat that is as straightforward to manage as it is capable offshore.
The Semifly 36 rounds out the trio, a model that has continued to evolve in direct response to owner feedback. At 11.2 metres LOA and fitted with a Volvo Penta D6 400hp installation, it cruises comfortably between 20 and 24 knots while maintaining impressive fuel economy. An expanded cockpit, a fishing-focused layout, and a well-appointed interior give the Semifly 36 real versatility, particularly for owners wanting extended-range capability in a package that remains manageable day to day.
