Championship round racing is well underway at the San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta, with the ILCA fleets trimmed to the top 45 boats as the field fights for 10 medal race berths.
Germany's Theres Dahnke and Paco Melzer swept both races on Wednesday. Great Britain's Hannah Bristow and James Taylor finished second in each race across their respective fleets.
Conditions on the ILCA tracks outside the breakwater are expected to build to a sporty 17 knots today, with more up-and-down breeze predicted on the inside 470 course.
