Italian yacht builder Cantiere del Pardo has announced a major expansion of its production facilities and an elevated partnership with Luna Rossa ahead of the 2027 America's Cup in Naples.

The Group is using the Cannes Yachting Festival to set out its plans for the coming years, spanning new production capacity, fresh models and more direct contact with owners across its three brands: Pardo Yachts, Grand Soleil Yachts and VanDutch Yachts.

"Our approach is simple: we keep investing today so that we are ready to grow tomorrow," says CEO Marcello Veronesi. "Since Oniverse Group became the owner, we have maintained a clear long-term vision, committing significant resources to our facilities, our products and our people."

The first phase of a new plant in Forlì is scheduled to open by late 2026, adding more than 35,000 square metres of production space. A new Launching & Welcome Centre at Marina di Ravenna will follow in spring 2027, designed to handle multiple yacht launches while serving as a customer hub for sea trials and brand engagement.

The Luna Rossa partnership moves to a new level, with Cantiere del Pardo becoming an Official Partner for the 38th America's Cup after two campaigns as Official Supplier. The collaboration will see yachts from all three Group brands supporting Luna Rossa's operational and hospitality needs. Luna Rossa, which won the 2024 Youth America's Cup in Barcelona, has been testing new rudder designs and foil configurations throughout 2026.

The Group is also expanding its calendar of owner events. CdP Week returns to Porto Cervo in June 2027, following its debut earlier this year.
