The 2027 Auckland Boat Show will run from 1–4 April 2027 at Auckland's Viaduct Events Centre and Jellicoe Harbour, NZ Marine has confirmed, placing the event ahead of major on-water shows in Sydney and Queensland to open the Australasian boat show season.
The timing follows the Ocean Race Auckland Stopover, creating a concentrated period of marine activity that NZ Marine says will put New Zealand's industry in front of both local and international audiences.
The 2026 event marked the show's 25th anniversary and was held in March 2026. More than 164 exhibitors presented over 500 brands, including 35 first-time exhibitors. Visitors completed 1,220 sea trials and spent more than $10 million across the four-day show, with exhibitors reporting excellent sales and high-quality enquiries throughout.
"The Auckland Boat Show is created by the industry, for the industry," says NZ Marine Boat Show Manager Stacey Cook. "It brings together every part of New Zealand's recreational marine sector in one place, providing a platform for businesses to showcase their products, build relationships and connect directly with current and future customers. The quality of the exhibitors, the unique on-water format and our central Auckland location continue to set the show apart.

Bookings open in August 2026. Exhibition space will be offered first to NZ Marine members who exhibited at this year's show, then to all NZ Marine members, before any remaining space is made available to non-members. NZ Marine members receive a discount of approximately 40%.
