Aquila Power Catamarans is riding a wave of international momentum, with a significant presence at the Miami International Boat Show in February following a landmark appearance at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The Cannes showing last September was a major milestone for the brand. The global and European premieres of the 46 Yacht and 50 Yacht drew considerable attention, alongside the inboard-powered 42 and 46 Coupe models. Taken together, the lineup reinforced Aquila's commitment to innovation, offshore capability, and lifestyle-driven design across a broad spread of power catamaran categories.
Miami has carried that energy forward. Aquila is presenting seven power catamarans at the show, covering high-performance sport platforms, versatile coupes, long-range cruising yachts, and fishing-focused models. The centrepiece of the display is the first public outing for the all-new Aquila 45 Sport, a striking addition to the brand's performance-driven range.
Due to arrive in February 2026, the Aquila 45 Sport makes a bold statement in the high-performance day boat segment. Sharp, SUV-inspired styling is matched by advanced double-stepped hull technology capable of pushing the vessel beyond 50 mph at full throttle, with efficient cruising speeds sitting between 38 and 40 mph. The aft cockpit is generous, with fold-down terraces that expand into a 19-foot-wide social zone, complemented by convertible U-shaped seating and a manual high-low table.
Connectivity aboard the Aquila 45 Sport is a notable feature. Lighting, LED accents, C-Zone systems, navigation, engines, and audio can all be managed from a smart device. A four-seat helm, a private cabin with head, and an optional advanced lithium system complete the package, making the Aquila 45 Sport well suited to day charters, diving, weekend escapes, or entertaining at speed.
