American Express has signed on as Title Sponsor of the American Express Hong Kong Sail Grand Prix, as the league prepares to make its debut in one of Asia's most influential lifestyle and entertainment destinations on January 23-24, 2027.
The sponsorship puts American Express at the centre of SailGP's Hong Kong debut. Cardmembers will get special access and premium experiences around the city, including priority booking ahead of wider ticket sales and exclusive savings on ticket purchases.
Further race-day experiences will be on offer as the championship opens its 2027 season against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
For Kiwi fans following the SailGP circuit, the addition of Hong Kong extends the season's reach further into Asia, adding another stop to a calendar that New Zealand sailors and supporters already follow closely across multiple continents.
