Airmar ANZ joins company-wide marketing structure under Hawley

Airmar, the company behind a lot of the transducers and CHIRP sonar gear fitted to boats around New Zealand, has promoted Suzanne Hawley to Marine Marketing Manager. The change brings Airmar ANZ, the distributor covering New Zealand and Australia, into the same global structure as Airmar's operations in North America and Europe for the first time.

Craig Cushman, Airmar's Director of Marketing, said the move "underscores our commitment to a unified marine brand strategy" aimed at boosting sales and strengthening the company's position in marine electronics.

Airmar, an Amphenol company founded in 1982, builds ultrasonic transducer and sensor technology used worldwide, with Airmar ANZ operating as one of its wholly owned distributors here in the region.
