OGHAM Yachts has entered the blue-water cruising market with two production models and a fully bespoke custom-build service, all constructed in aluminium and aimed at serious offshore sailors.
The French builder's production range pairs two designs that share a commitment to seaworthiness and strength while remaining open to extensive personalisation. Each yacht can be configured to suit its owner's cruising plans, with options covering layout, finishes, and onboard equipment.
The OGHAM 54 sits at the core of the range. Classed as a revolutionary monomaran, it delivers an interior volume that goes well beyond what its monohull form might suggest, combining that space with notable stability and the kind of comfort that makes extended offshore passages genuinely liveable.
The Iroise 48 has a different character. Quicker through the water and more contemporary in profile, it carries timeless lines alongside a modern brief. The first hull is already at sea, currently sailing along the Norwegian coast.
Where OGHAM Yachts separates itself from the production mainstream is through its one-off programme. Custom projects here are genuine blank-canvas exercises, developed hand-in-hand with each owner from the earliest stages. Hull lines, interior design, systems, finish: nothing arrives predetermined.

Two recent one-off builds demonstrate the range of what the yard can achieve. The LifeSong 78 was conceived as a polar expedition sailboat, engineered to operate in ice and extreme environments. She accommodates seven cabins and six bathrooms, features a 360-degree panoramic saloon and a sauna, and is fitted with a lifting keel and a reinforced hull for ice navigation.
The Isméria 45 occupies an entirely different world. Designed for full-time living aboard, she puts ease and comfort first, with a single level between cockpit and saloon, large panoramic windows, and an integrated piano. The Isméria 45 will be on display at the La Rochelle Boat Show on Ponton 4 from 23 to 28 September 2025.
